Ask about availability
Information that helps us recommend a space
A useful recommendation depends on more than the name of the vehicle. Before calling, texting or emailing, have as much of the following information as possible:
- Vehicle type: RV, boat and trailer, or business vehicle
- Complete stored length
- Approximate width where relevant
- Open or covered preference
- Comfort level with backing
- Interest in pull-through or end-of-aisle locations
- Number of fleet vehicles or trailers
- Preferred move-in timing
Why this helps:
The office can compare your actual needs with currently available spaces instead of quoting a generic size.
